Job Description
BuildSpire is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life through immersive 3D models, animations, and visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret architectural drawings and develop accurate 3D visualizations.
- Develop animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations to showcase project designs.
- Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera settings to achieve photorealistic effects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for branding and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or design firms.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, and other relevant 3D software.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for post-production.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Ability to create photorealistic visuals with attention to detail in textures, lighting, and composition.
- Experience with animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on architectural projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
