Job Description
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for helping to create, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for product development, promotional activities, and pricing tactics
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content for digital, social media, and print campaigns
• Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest improvements based on results
• Develop presentations and other materials to support strategic initiatives
• Track key performance indicators across all marketing channels
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms
• Experience with data analysis tools
